Vaporeon Hat! Holy crap... this hat tops all the rest when it comes to time taken and difficulty! I am extremely happy with the turnout and this is my new favorite hat ^^ Its pretty heavy because there is so much fabric and I dont recommend this one if you have a smallish head, the tighter fitting the hat the better supported the fins look. THe blue part on the fins are stuffed lightly and are supported by wire, so they stand up and are poseable if you wish. This one is available if anyone wants to purchase.
